What's the criteria FBC uses to choose missionaries to support?

The primary criteria is asking God to make it clear if He wants FBC to partner with a missionary.

Secondary criteria that help determine our partnership with a missionary are evaluating places that the Gospel needs to be proclaimed and currently is not or is being proclaimed weakly and replacing missionaries that leave an important field.
