Dear Praying Friends,
 
We owe you a prayer letter, and plan to send you one soon.  However, there are a couple of things we'd like you to be praying about now. 
 
1.  Tonight (Monday) we'll be covering lesson 6 (out of 7) in our current Christianity Explained course.  There are 8 of us who are meeting for this, including myself & a helper, hence 6 people who either don't know the Lord, or we or they are not sure if they are genuine believers.  It seems that three of them may indeed be believers and this course has helped them to better understand our Lord, and His cross as well as sin, repentance and faith.  The other 3 need the Lord.  Two of them seem to be grasping the spiritual truths that we are presenting.  Please PRAY.  Next Monday (Feb. 22) is our last session with this group.
 
2.  On Friday Feb. 26 we have another "Friends Meal" at a local restaurant: fine food, good company and a Gospel presentation.  We usually get around 35 people for this event.  PRAY as guests are invited.  Pray for the speaker and all who attend.  We would like to be able to start another Christianity Explained course this spring from interest that evening.
 
3.  Pray for us too as we minister to one another in the normal events of life.  Lately this included the death of a neighbour (funeral last Monday), birth of premature twins in our church, and several being ill.
