Dear Pastor and Church Family,

Thank you for praying for our conference in Colombia , South America . It is a beautiful country. We were thankful for safety in travel and the great meetings we participated in.

It was a privilege to meet with missionary colleagues from our South American fields and a few from Central America . We asked you to pray especially for the missionary outreach of the Latin churches. It is exciting to see how God is moving the hearts of people to surrender to world evangelism. Many things were shared about mobilization of the church, which were very helpful, but we have a long way to go. God's wisdom is needed to know the best way to press forward.

God is doing a great work in the lives of Latin American Christians. His work is growing strong through their faithful witness to the Gospel. This month the Carapachay church in Buenos Aires sent out their first missionary to a limited access country!

For security reasons we can't give many details. It is thrilling to see how God made it all possible. Please pray for Fernanda's safety and bold witness.

We are planning a meeting with our national pastor (Mariano) and our national missions director (Juan Carlos)the first two weeks of April to develop a strategy to send out more missionaries. Pray for all our future missionaries going to difficult places.

A first time, shocking event for us happened just a week ago when our little 1994 Ford pickup suddenly burst into flames, under the hood, just after Jim had parked it! 911 had to be called, but the whole front end and cab completely burned up before the fire could be stopped, resulting in a total loss! Since it had been purchased for just $500, we called it our miracle truck. We give praise to the Lord for His protection. That the truck was outside and not normally in the garage, was directed by Him or our house would have been possibly lost too.

Thank you for your faithfulness and courageous leadership in these critical days in which we live. II Kings 6:16 .
